Contract Mortgage Processing in Missouri
My Loan Flow supports Missouri mortgage brokers across wholesale conventional, government, and specialty files. When a file uses an MHDC program, the processor follows the current First Place or Next Step operations manual, Lender Online workflow, program-document rules, compliance package, and master-servicer delivery requirements.
Coverage is based on company-supplied information and remains subject to engagement-level licensing, lender, product, activity, and compliance confirmation.
How do you choose between MHDC First Place and Next Step workflows?
The participating lender determines the eligible program and underwriting path using the current MHDC operations manual, rates, limits, borrower and property facts, and first-mortgage requirements. The processor then creates a program-specific checklist rather than blending forms from First Place and Next Step.
- Confirm the certified lender, selected program, reservation, first-mortgage type, assistance, and current income and purchase-price limits.
- Use the current program manual and forms linked from MHDC’s lender resources page.
- Record MHDC, lender, borrower, title, and master-servicer tasks as separate owners in the milestone plan.
How should MHDC closing documents be prepared and delivered?
MHDC’s First Place manual says closing documents are printed from Lender Online and should not be retyped or altered. It also directs lenders to upload signed compliance files through Lender Online in the required checklist stacking order, while the master servicer receives its required package.
- Generate the current file-specific MHDC forms from Lender Online rather than a local saved copy.
- Review signatures, dates, notarial acknowledgments, program data, and stacking order before upload.
- Track MHDC compliance review and master-servicer purchase review separately until both are complete.
How do you prevent MHDC compliance suspense after closing?
Use the current program checklist as a pre-closing control, not merely a shipping cover sheet. Reconcile program affidavits, assistance documents, first-mortgage data, closing figures, title, and any bond-specific or specialty forms before the borrower signs.
- Confirm the exact form set and signature timing for the selected program and transaction.
- Compare executed documents with the reservation and final loan terms before creating the upload file.
- Respond to suspense with the exact requested evidence and preserve the final acceptance record in the brokerage’s system of record.
