Accessibility Commitment

My Loan Flow works to make this website usable across common devices, input methods, screen sizes, and assistive technologies. Accessibility is treated as an ongoing quality practice rather than a one-time statement. Last updated October 11, 2026.

1

Design approach

The site uses semantic headings, descriptive links, keyboard-accessible controls, visible focus states, readable contrast, responsive layouts, reduced-motion support, labels, status announcements, and scalable text.

2

Request help or report a barrier

If you encounter an accessibility barrier or need website information in another reasonable format, email hello@myloanflow.com or call 616-402-6195. Include the page or feature, the problem encountered, and the assistive technology or browser used when practical. Do not include borrower or loan information.

3

Continuous improvement

New pages and tools should be checked for accessibility before publication. Reported barriers should be documented, prioritized, and corrected through the same release workflow.
