Website Privacy Notice

This notice describes the information handled through the My Loan Flow marketing website. The site is not a borrower portal and must never be used to submit nonpublic personal information, borrower information, or loan documents. Last updated October 11, 2026.

1

Information you choose to send

The consultation form accepts business contact name, company, role, business email, optional telephone, service states, volume range, loan-origination system, processing need, and desired timing. When submitted, these details and limited campaign-attribution fields are stored in the website’s Cloudflare-hosted database so My Loan Flow can respond and evaluate service fit. A configured transactional email provider may also deliver a notification to My Loan Flow. Visitors may instead use the published email address or telephone number.

2

Information that must not be submitted

Borrower or applicant identities, Social Security numbers, dates of birth, property addresses tied to live files, financial accounts, income, assets, credit data, tax documents, identification, applications, or loan documents.

3

Website operations and technical records

The hosting and security providers used to deliver this website may process ordinary request information such as an IP address, browser or device information, requested pages, timestamps, and security events. The consultation form uses a keyed, one-way representation of a network address for abuse limits and does not add the raw address to the inquiry record. Provider-level operational records may be retained under the provider’s terms and security practices.

4

How business inquiries are used

My Loan Flow may use an inquiry to respond, evaluate service fit, plan a consultation, protect the business and website, and maintain records required for ordinary business, legal, compliance, and security purposes. Information may be handled by hosting, database, transactional-email, professional-adviser, legal, or regulatory service providers as reasonably necessary; it is not represented as being sold for advertising.

5

How long inquiry information is kept

Unsuccessful business inquiries are ordinarily deleted within 12 months of submission unless a longer period is reasonably needed for security, legal, compliance, dispute, or recordkeeping purposes. An inquiry that becomes part of a client relationship may be retained with the applicable business records for the period required by the engagement and applicable obligations.

6

Questions and choices

To ask a privacy question or request access, correction, or deletion of business contact information, email hello@myloanflow.com or call 616-402-6195. Requests may be limited by identity verification, security, legal, compliance, or record-retention obligations.
