Confirm submission readiness
The applicable lender, product, transaction, documentation, disclosures, fees, portals, and timing determine what readiness means. A processor should work from the approved checklist rather than assume every lender accepts the same package.

Keep roles explicit
Submission support does not replace loan strategy, licensed advice, lender selection, pricing, disclosures, supervision, or credit decisions. Exceptions and unresolved questions should route to the named owner.

Create a useful status point
A good submission update shows what was completed, what remains open, who owns it, which dependency may affect timing, and what needs brokerage attention.
