Contract Processing for PRMG Wholesale Brokers

My Loan Flow supports approved PRMG Wholesale workflows across LEO and TPO Connect. The processor keeps portal data, documents, appraisal activity, conditions, early disclosure milestones, and closing dependencies organized while PRMG retains lender-controlled decisions and execution.

Platform expertise

What does experienced processing look like in LEO and TPO Connect?

PRMG’s current wholesale experience includes its LEO platform alongside TPO Connect. Processing begins by confirming which functions are performed in each environment for the specific brokerage, then reconciling registration, pricing or lock information, disclosures, appraisal activity, AUS, and the initial submission package before requesting underwriting review.

PRMG publicly describes direct underwriting access, account-management support, and an early CD process at conditional approval. My Loan Flow uses a condition-level checklist to keep evidence and explanations organized, identifies items that need broker judgment, and sends concise questions to the assigned PRMG contact instead of burying them inside an undifferentiated document upload.

The closing lane tracks the early CD milestone, final lender conditions, appraisal, title, insurance, lock timing, settlement coordination, documents, and funding dependencies. Status updates distinguish completed processor work from lender review and third-party action so the broker knows what is real, what is pending, and what needs escalation.

File-level control points

How the workflow stays organized.

1

How do LEO and TPO Connect fit into PRMG processing?

The current PRMG setup and brokerage access determine which system handles pricing, registration, document delivery, appraisal, conditions, and status. The processor verifies the actual loan record before acting.

2

What makes a PRMG condition submission easier to review?

A response tied to the exact condition, supported by complete and legible documents, with a short explanation when context is needed and a clear escalation when the issue requires lender interpretation.

3

How is PRMG’s early CD milestone monitored?

Track the current conditional-approval and disclosure status, surface fee or settlement inputs that remain open, and make sure the broker handles the review or approval steps assigned to the brokerage.

PRMG Wholesale processing FAQ

Questions brokers ask before handing off a file.

Can a third-party processor receive PRMG portal access?+

PRMG provides a user-request path for third-party processors, but the brokerage and lender must authorize the user and role. My Loan Flow does not ask brokers to bypass those controls.

Does My Loan Flow submit PRMG appraisals and disclosures?+

Only the tasks included in the approved engagement and permitted by the current PRMG workflow. The processor does not take on licensed or lender-controlled activity by assumption.

Can you guarantee PRMG’s early CD or CTC timing?+

No. My Loan Flow can monitor dependencies and respond promptly within scope, but lender review, borrower response, third parties, compliance, file quality, and other factors control the actual timeline.

Is My Loan Flow a PRMG affiliate or wholesale branch?+

No. My Loan Flow is an independent third-party contract processing company.
