What does experienced processing look like in Kwikie broker portal?

Kind Lending’s Kwikie broker portal is the lender-facing workspace for registration and loan movement. When a brokerage uses an LOS integration such as LendingPad Wholesale Gateway, the processor still needs to verify which data and documents transferred, resolve mismatches, and confirm that the loan is actually in the intended Kind workflow before submission.

Condition management should preserve a clear connection between the lender request and the responsive evidence. My Loan Flow separates borrower items, third-party items, appraisal activity, explanations, and broker decisions; reviews documents for obvious gaps; and tracks whether each item is collected, submitted, under review, or returned for additional action.

Closing preparation requires a fresh review of open conditions, lock and disclosure status, title, insurance, appraisal, settlement coordination, and any lender-specific final steps. The processor keeps the operating record visible and escalates exceptions through the assigned Kind channel without representing that My Loan Flow can approve the loan or dictate lender timing.

File-level control points

How the workflow stays organized.

1

What should be checked after a Kind loan is registered?

Verify the borrower and property data, selected product, pricing or lock state, AUS and disclosure path, transferred documents, and the current portal milestone before treating registration as complete.

2

How are Kind Lending conditions organized?

Create a condition-level checklist, keep source documents and explanations connected to the correct request, and use the current Kwikie workflow for delivery and status rather than relying on email as the system of record.

3

How does My Loan Flow handle a Kind file approaching closing?

Track final lender conditions and third-party dependencies, confirm the authorized communication path, surface any timing conflicts, and give the broker a concise status without promising documents, funding, or CTC.

Kind Lending processing FAQ

Questions brokers ask before handing off a file.

Can My Loan Flow use Kind Lending’s Kwikie portal?+

Yes, when the brokerage and lender authorize the correct access and the service agreement permits the requested processing tasks. Access is established during secure onboarding.

What happens if the broker LOS and Kwikie show different data?+

The processor pauses the affected step, identifies the mismatch, confirms the approved source of truth with the brokerage or lender, and documents the correction instead of silently overwriting data.

Can My Loan Flow transfer an appraisal to Kind Lending?+

The processor can coordinate an appraisal-transfer workflow when permitted, but eligibility, documentation, acceptance, and timing are governed by Kind Lending’s current requirements and the specific loan.

Does Kind Lending control My Loan Flow?+

No. My Loan Flow is an independent contract processing company and is not part of Kind Lending.
