Independent lender workflow guide
Independent Processing Support for Brokers Using Windsor Mortgage
When engaged by a mortgage brokerage, My Loan Flow can independently coordinate permitted processing tasks for files the brokerage submits through Windsor Mortgage TPO Connect or another authorized system. Access and actions depend on current brokerage and lender permissions; Windsor Mortgage retains control of its systems, products, lending decisions, and current requirements.
Workflow familiarity
How can an independent processor organize work in TPO Connect and Windsor Connect?
Windsor provides TPO Connect and Windsor Connect access for its wholesale workflow. Processing starts by confirming the brokerage’s approved channel, registering a consistent file record, organizing the submission package, and verifying that credit, AUS, disclosures, purchase documents, and required contacts are present before lender review.
As conditions arrive, My Loan Flow turns them into a task plan and uses the appropriate document-center categories for supporting evidence, exception requests, and resubmissions. The processor keeps borrower collection, broker decisions, appraisal and title work, and lender interpretation questions separate so every open item has a clear owner.
Windsor also publishes information about its own contract-processing options. My Loan Flow is not that service and does not represent Windsor. For a My Loan Flow engagement, closing coordination follows the independently agreed scope and covers final conditions, broker review points, title and insurance, disclosure status, scheduling, documents, and lender communication.
File-level control points
How the workflow stays organized.
Which Windsor system controls the file?
Use the portal and process assigned to the brokerage and loan. TPO Connect is Windsor’s published wholesale portal; other access or borrower-facing tools should be used only for their authorized purpose.
How are Windsor conditions and exceptions separated?
Responsive documents go to the relevant condition or document category, while true exception requests include the lender’s required form and supporting explanation through the current approved route.
Is My Loan Flow the same as Windsor’s contract-processing service?
No. My Loan Flow is a separate independent company. Any Windsor-provided processing program is a distinct service governed by Windsor’s own agreements and procedures.
Independent Windsor Mortgage workflow FAQ
Questions brokers ask before handing off a file.
Can My Loan Flow work in Windsor TPO Connect?+
Potentially, with authorized brokerage and lender access, an agreed role, and a defined scope. Access should be created for the processor rather than shared from another user.
Who communicates with the borrower on a Windsor file?+
The brokerage and My Loan Flow agree on permitted contacts, channels, branding, and escalations during onboarding. That plan does not automatically copy Windsor’s own contract-processing model.
Can My Loan Flow request a Windsor guideline exception?+
The processor can coordinate a properly documented request if the engagement permits it, but only Windsor can decide whether an exception is available or approved.
Is My Loan Flow affiliated with or endorsed by Windsor Mortgage?+
No. My Loan Flow is an independent third-party processing company engaged by mortgage brokerages. Windsor Mortgage and its systems are referenced only to identify a broker-selected workflow. Windsor Mortgage has not sponsored or endorsed My Loan Flow or this page.
