We'll price the loan and send you the rate stack for review. You select a rate, and we'll lock it with the wholesale lender.

Disclosures

 

We'll request initial disclosures and send them to you for approval, and then we'll send to client.

Submission to UW

 

We'll review initial docs to make sure none are missing, and then we'll submit the file to underwriting.

Orders

 

We'll submit orders for all 3rd party services (e.g. appraisal, title, HOI, condo docs, VOEs, and more)

Conditions
 

We'll work directly with the borrower to collect documents and satisfy UW conditions.

Final UW Approval

 

We'll get your file Cleared to Close fast. 90% of our files are CTC in less than 15 calendar days!
