We'll analyze the loan file for accuracy, review initial borrower docs, and run AUS in your LOS.
We'll register your file with the wholesale lender of your choice and run AUS in the TPO portal.
We'll add the necessary fees and request the initial disclosure package.
We'll work with the borrower to ensure disclosures get signed, and then we will submit to UW.
We'll handle ALL third party orders like appraisal, title, home owners insurance, employment verifications, and more.
We'll work directly with the borrower to request documents and clear UW conditions.
We'll work with the title company and closing department to balance final docs.
After balancing final docs we'll coordinate closing with your borrower and let them know what to expect.
